We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Durham, NC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We accept most traditional insurance plans that allow you to choose your own dentist; please call our office to see if we are currently working with your insurance provider.

We will be happy to file claims to your insurance, but PLEASE UNDERSTAND that your plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment and at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. You will be always responsible for any outstanding balance in your account.

Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.
